Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone call or email required.
- Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds.When you cancel, you keep access through the period you've already paid for, and we don't prorate or refund the remainder of that month.
Hardware Policy
Gorilla POS is a software platform. Hardware (receipt printers, label printers, scanners, cash drawers) is purchased directly from third-party vendors. We do not sell hardware directly and cannot accept hardware returns. Please refer to your hardware vendor's return policy for hardware issues.
